Chiropractic

My approach to chiropractic care is to give time to address more than just where your pain is. Starting with the spine, we assess movement and address soft tissue involvement. Since the connections across the body is vast, we treat the whole body during your session. My sessions are longer in length to allow for adjustments, soft tissue work and body balancing.

Facial reflexology is a therapeutic practice based on the idea that the face contains reflex points connected to different organs, body systems, and emotional states. By gently stimulating these points—often through massage, pressure, or specific movements—I aim to support relaxation, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing responses. A typical session includes massage and fascia release, point stimulation, lymphatic drainage, scalp massage, sinus pressure points, and light craniosacral therapy. A warm washcloth and warm stones may be used in your session, as well as sound and aromatherapy if you choose.

Amy Gunderson-McNeil has been providing chiropractic care in central Minnesota since 2003. As of December 2025, she will be operating out of NATURAL ELEMENTS in Milaca, MN.

She offers chiropractic care for all ages! Additionally, relaxing sessions of Facial Reflexology are available to help relax and heal the body. She finds joy in providing these services to truly bring on a deeper level of calmness.

In the aspect of simplifying life, she has moved to a self-pay model. Please note that she will not be billing to insurance. A superbill can be provided for personal submission if you choose. Prices are listed on this booking site.

Life has called her to an additional career during the daytime hours, but she is happy to offer afternoon appointments and will be adding more soon!
